The completion of the West Tower with its twenty floors and over 425,000
square feet of rentable space is expected early in 2010. The Penn West Towers
are a signature project located in the heart of downtown Calgary. Soon the
project will be connected via Calgary’s unique above ground walkway system
(affectionately called the “Plus 15”) to two other premier neighbouring office
towers, those being Gulf Canada Square & Bankers Hall. Other locations of
note in close proximity are the Calgary Tower, Telus Convention Centre, Glenbow
Museum and Calgary’s landmark Palliser Hotel. The building has 350 covered
parking places and is easily accessible from major roadways.
